Buddhist Pligrimage Tour
Explore the sacred Buddhist sites – a serene journey of faith, peace, and spiritual awakening.
Tour Overview
According to the Mahaparinirvana Sutra, the Buddha encouraged his followers to visit the sacred places that marked the milestones of his life — Lumbini, where he was born; Bodhgaya, where he attained enlightenment; Sarnath, where he delivered his first sermon; and Kushinagar, where he entered Mahaparinirvana.
India, the birthplace of Buddhism, continues to echo with the teachings and tranquility of that ancient path. The era of Buddhist devotion inspired unique forms of architecture — Stupas that enshrine sacred relics, Chaityas that serve as halls of worship, and Viharas built for the monastic community.
The Buddhist Train India journey invites you to explore these timeless sites and immerse yourself in the spiritual legacy of the Buddha — a pilgrimage that connects faith, history, and peace.
